Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced
Instructions
Toss cauliflower florets with cornstarch until evenly coated. This helps create a crispy exterior.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Place cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally, until golden brown and tender-crisp.
While cauliflower cooks, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking until the sauce thickens slightly.
Once cauliflower is cooked, transfer to a large bowl. Pour the gochujang sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
